Shipping to Cuba

The shipping cost is calculated with a base fee of $5.00 USD plus $2.00 per pound. For example, a 10-pound package would cost $5.00 + (10 × $2.00) = $25.00 USD.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. This may vary depending on the destination province and customs conditions.

We deliver door-to-door to every province in Cuba, without exception.

You have two options: you can drop off your package at our warehouse in Miami at no additional cost, or we can pick it up from your location for a distance-based fee ($5.00 base + $1.50 per mile, up to 100 miles).

Our regular shipping service has no defined maximum weight limit. For loads of 50 pounds or more within Florida, we recommend our heavy cargo transport service.

Yes. You can track the status of your shipment in real time from the app. You'll receive notifications at every stage: when the package is picked up, in transit, arrives in Cuba, and when it's delivered.

We offer a delivery guarantee. If your package doesn't reach its destination, we refund the full amount of your order.

Products and orders

We offer a varied catalog including: food and groceries, personal hygiene products, medications, appliances, clothing and footwear, and combo packages with popular combinations.

Yes, all prices on Paketico are in US dollars (USD).

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund before the package is dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

If a product runs out of stock after your payment but before processing, you will receive an automatic refund and the inventory will be restored in the system.

Payments and refunds

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. You can also save your cards for faster future purchases.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest security standard in the payment industry. We never store your full card details.

Refunds are automatically processed to the card used for payment. You'll receive an email notification with the refund details. Processing time depends on your bank.

Heavy cargo transport

It's a heavy cargo transport service (50 pounds or more) exclusively within the state of Florida. Ideal for moving appliances, furniture, construction materials, auto parts, and pallets.

The rate is calculated with a base of $50.00 USD plus $0.50 per pound and $2.00 per mile. For example, transporting 100 pounds over 50 miles would cost $50.00 + $50.00 + $100.00 = $200.00 USD.

Currently, the transport service is available only within the state of Florida, with a maximum distance of 500 miles between pickup and delivery points.

Yes. You can select your preferred pickup date from the available days (business days, excluding holidays). The quote is automatically calculated using the actual distance between your locations.

Account and app

Download the Paketico app from the App Store or Google Play. To sign up, you only need your full name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

Yes. The app is available in Spanish and English. You can change the language at any time from your profile settings.

Yes. You can enable or disable notifications by category: order updates, shipping updates, and promotions. Important system notifications are always sent.
