Paketico is an e-commerce and shipping platform that allows users in the United States to purchase products and send packages to their family members in Cuba. We also offer a heavy cargo transport service within the state of Florida.

2. User accounts

To use our services, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and orders

Products available on our platform are subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate information about prices, descriptions, and inventory, but we do not guarantee that all information is free of errors.

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time you confirm your order.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards. By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
• The payment information provided is correct and complete.
• You authorize the charge for the total order amount, including products, shipping, and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and deliveries

We ship to all provinces in Cuba. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on:

6. Transport service

Our heavy cargo transport service is available exclusively within the state of Florida. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and transport distance.

7. Return and refund policy

Due to the nature of our international shipping services:

• Before shipping: you may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the package is dispatched.
• After shipping: cancellations are not accepted once the package has been shipped.
• Delivery guarantee: if your package is not delivered, we offer a full refund. Inventory is automatically restored when a refund is processed.
• Damaged products: if products arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Paketico or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without prior written authorization.
